Great Climbing Frame, but the security stakes were missing

We have purchased a great climbing frame for my daughters birthday, good value for money. the only issue i have with it is that there were no security stakes supplied, which was a big disappointment as we had to stand and hold the climbing frame to stop it moving, it was put up the night before her birthday. I rang on the Monday to be told they are out of stock, they have sent me a set of universal which are no use at all because there is no metal bar included only straps. we will see whether the correct ones will arrive!!
