Placed an order for MacBook Air 11 Booq Viper Hard on 18 April. Got an email on 23rd of April saying that item will be shipped 1 May 2013. I said it is fine and I am willing to wait. I waited until 10 May 2013 to give them some time to ship and when it has not arrived I sent them an email asking when I will receive item. I got an email back stating "We already sent you a mail that we unfortunately had to cancel your credit card payment because we cannot accept payments of large amounts by credit card. Please transfer the money directly to our bank account and inform us by email once you have made the payment" I never received any email regarding that so they are fibbing. FFS I bought my bike on a card for £2439 and you cannot process £62? Anyway I sent payment via bank transfer as requested that same day and asked them to despatch immediately. I received an email 13 May "We wish to inform you that your payment has gone through and that we are going to ship your order asap." Whether they have or not is beyond me as it is still marked as undispatched on their website. Avoid if you don't want headache. Very unprofessional company.

I have bought from this shop three times and I can tell you that they have very good customer service. My first buy was a Deuter bag and thought it was a bit small. I did not have any difficulty exchanging it at all. Ordered on the 10th January, delivered on the 12th, wrote to them to exchange the product the same day. Refund note was issued the 13th, new item ordered on 16th and got my new item on the 17th. That was the best service I have had from any online shop. The last order I made was a LifeProof case and they were good enough to check if I ordered the correct item since I only ordered the front part. A very good company and will definitely buy from them again.
I would have given a zero. One star is too much. I lost my iPhone 4s because the case it was in got knocked out of my side as I was trying to get over a fence to get over my husband's boat. I processed everything and sent it to them via email. I spoke to a woman called Elizabeth who kept me on the phone for over half an hour getting me to tell her exact details (when was the phone last used (phonecall and sms), exact time of incident, every detail). I told her I could show her where it happened but cannot give exact time and if I did then I would be making it up. In the end she denied my claim on lousy excuses.
1.) I was using a case not designed for the iphone (The case was from and HTC touch pro and I use it because it fits my HTC desire and iPhone quite well).
2.) I was wearing a skirt which was not sturdy enough for the case
3.) I did not take reasonable precaution to prevent it from happening
In the end I just told Elizabeth to cancel my policy. Now I have learned my lesson. I must protect my bubble because this company will not. The reason people take insurance if to protect them from theft and accidental damage so I want one I can count on when I need it.
BTW, my HTC desire insured with Vodafone is going to be replaced.
