Awful

Next day delivery paid for. The old "we left a card" lies. Failed delivery for two days running. Avoid, several instances of terrible service.

Avoid. Terrible

The usual we left a card lies, amazed John Lewis uses them! Paid for special delivery, two days later still can't deliver. Just awful. If i ran a company like this it would fold.
