I got what I ordered, except for a large Christmas Pudding that was replaced by two medium ones - which would have been more expensive but I got them for the same price because they were replacements. It did take nearly two weeks though for the order to arrive - thought it could have been a bit quicker since the BCS address is barely 600 miles from where I live, but it didn't cause a problem.
Will definitely use BCS again, but will think more carefully about filling my whole allocation of space and weight in the parcel, to get full value.
Ordered a garden shed, they tried to deliver it two days before they said they would. They then said if I wanted it redelivered I would have to pay. I had to threaten to cancel the order in order to get them to redeliver without charge. The shed - a Ketter plastic thingy - is fine.
