Ordered the code for instant E Mail receipt only to show order under review, payment was taken immediately from my card (showing on statement straight away) I E Mailed them to be told they needed a home tel no (they had a mobile and I am X directory) I gave a number but still no code, E mailed received from Jazz at Gamesbite stating could not deliver without a tel number. We are now 2 days later and again received an e mail stating could not send only to find another E Mail from John at Gamesbite with the code. This company promises quick delivery, they had my payment for 2 days before I got the code it would have been both quicker and less stressful to go to a shop and buy a code. I have used this company before and that was fine with quick delivery baring in mind they then only had a mobile no but this incident was beyond belief I will never use them again and will not recommend them to anyone.
