Getting greedy

Ebay was a great way to sell unwanted items when it was first introduced - now listing fees, final fees, etc are getting higher and more complicated. Have given up selling due to their 'buyer is always right' policy - even when you can prove they were not!

Charges when you receive payment are creeping up. Site can be unstable and communications quite erratic

Great prices, easy booking

We have booked a 12 seater minivan for May 2013, these are not easy to find. We had seen the reviews for usrentacar on several sites and found booking very simple and no hidden extras as with so many companies, That and the fact the price was so reasonable was the main reason for booking.
