We are very sorry for the problem you have encountered. The parcel you ordered was dispatched with FedEx who reported that the parcel was actually signed for and delivered just a couple of days after you placed your order.

Because you have disputed this, we are now entering formal proceedings with FedEx who are launching an investigation into this matter.
