Mr John Thornhill - our Advisor from Key Retirement Solutions - came along and fully explained how Equity Release worked and the options on offer to us. This was all done in a most friendly and efficient manner and in a way that lay people like us could understand.
Mr Phillip Brown - who carried out all the work for the Equity Release and the making of our Wills and Powers of Attorney - I cannot praise too highly.All business was conducted by telephone. I found it daunting having to do the Wills and Powers of Attorney but Phillip soon made me feel I had no worries. He put me at my ease but I must say he certainly did need a lot of patience!
