Blurb

An absolutely brilliant site!

Whether you need a business card or a professionally looking book - Blurb prints it in any amount required. I love their website - it's very clear, easy to navigate and the prices are (I think) very reasonable. I've printed a few books with them and have also had business cards printed and they always look very professional. If you want to publish something yourself - look no further and head to Blurb!

Etsy

Awesome site with great creative minds!

Etsy is a beautiful site which hosts an enormously talented bunch of people. There's always interesting things to find on the site - whether you're looking for art, vintage fashion or cute things for your living room. You're sure to find something you like!

The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that there's quite a few so-called "resellers" on Etsy, which is a shame as they pollute the website with their cheap tat and damage the name of genuine shops. As someone who sells and buys on this site, I would definitely recommend it!

Knitrennie

Bad customer service!

Their wool is absolutely gorgeous, their customer service is absolutely not. It took a week for them to contact me to let me know they were out of stock, then was told items were shipped when they weren't. Two-and-a-half weeks after my order the wool finally arrived (partly because they use the awful parcel company Hermes: http://www.trustpilot.co.uk/review/www.myhermes.co.uk)

Upon opening my package I found one cone significantly smaller than the others: the 900 gram cone turned out to weigh a meagre 740 grams. I have demanded a refund for the shipping and the over-charge of the wool, but still have not heard from them.

Despite a lovely product I definitely won't be back for more and am now looking for a more reliable company.

Myhermes

Awful delivery service

Have had two bad experiences with them now. First one was with an H&M delivery that took well over 2 weeks to arrive - and the last one being a simple delivery from Scotland that took over a week. Missed pick-ups, re-attempts - all fail. No idea why after pick-up 5 more days have to pass until delivery, but I guess all the traveling from hubs to depots to final destination takes time. I think my package has seen more of the UK in the last 5 days that I have in a life-time!
