Best evening I've spent in years
The event was superbly organised, format was spot on. Fun, fun, fun in a safe and controlled environment. Staff and other attendees very friendly and knowledgable. Thoroughly recommend a Bookatrack event for anyone of any ability in any type of car. The variety of cars only adds to the fun. Many thanks. I'll be back!

Less than honest
Searched for bird scarer online on Sunday. Website said item in stock. Checked website again on Monday, product still showing in stock and available for next day delivery if ordered before 3.00pm. I ordered the item around 12:00 noon and received an e-mail confirming item would be delivered next day. Around 5.00pm Monday I received a phone call from PCS explaining the wrong e-mail had been sent as the item came on a 2-3 day delivery service with XDP and I should receive it by the end of the week! Item was not despatched until wednesday and I received it Thursday. It appears the item was not in stock (as claimed on the website), was not sent on a 2-3 day service. A very dishonest and deceitful company.

I am sorry that your experience with us was not satisfactory. We pride ourselves on trying to give the best customer service possible in terms of advice, products and delivery. Unfortunately in this instance due to an error in our stock system we were not aware the item was out of stock until we came to pick and pack the delivery.
We did call as soon as this was noticed to inform you of the problem and explained the item was due back in stock enabling us to get it to you by the end of the week which we duly did. The person you spoke to informed me that you were offered the opportunity of a full refund but decided to wait for the order.
All our items that are marked as in stock genuinely are in stock at our warehouse however errors do occasionally occur and I do sincerely apologise for this.
