I have been completely let down by this online florist. I work abroad most of the time and therefore thought it'd be a good idea to send my fiance a big set of flowers and some heart shaped balloons (as advertised on the website) for her birthday.

The items arrived on the correct day (seems to be the only thing they done correct) however the flowers were not as they are presented on their website, the white roses were not fresh and discolored around the edge of the petals. I also opted for the largest bunch possible (at a fee) and they were not very large at all just looked like a standard cheap bunch of flowers put together at the local supermarket with a piece of string. The most insulting thing of all was when my fiance sent me a photo of the balloon; that was not a heart shape (as shown on iflorist's website) it was infact a childrens doctor who dalek balloon. It's an extremely embarrassing and frustrating position to be in when you put your trust and hard earned money into a company that let you down in such a way, especially on such a crucial and important day.

I have e-mailed them many times since with follow up e-mails and only received automated replies. The company seems to have an absolute disregard for their customers, very scrappy and unprofessional. PLEASE DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE FANCY WEBSITE AND MAKE A MISTAKE, SPECIAL OCCASIONS ONLY COME ONCE MAKE THEM SPECIAL AND OPT FOR A COMPANY THAT WILL TRULY VALUE YOU AS A CUSTOMER AND DELIVER!
