Before I even ordered my custom-built computer from Ginger6 I was impressed, I phoned them with a sales query and they were good enough to talk me out of buying a more expensive spec that would be overkill for my needs in favour of a cheaper system. Having placed my order I was kept up to date with progress at all times, and my computer was built/tested/despatched in 5 working days. As so often happens, the hard drive cable came loose in transit - not a problem. A quick phone call and they were happy to authorise me to open the case and re-attach the cable, problem solved quickly and easily.

I used to use another company for my custom-built computers but they've become unreliable recently (they say they are pc specialists ;) ). I'm pleased to say Ginger6 are an excellent company and I'll happily use them again when ordering for myself and for my business.
