Your service was fine and when some bent tins appeared upon arrival (one posibley punctured) you replaced it with no difficulties or delays.

However may we suggest that given the issue of longivity and that the tins will always occasionally get bent or punctured - that you better reduce this possibility by more substantual bubble wrap packing or something simular to protect the cans. A puncture in a creased tin is not always so easily detectable. It also looks bad but more importantly could seriously affect the extended life of it's contents. - Hope that helps
