Unacceptable

Had a reeeaaaalllly bad experience from the start and live to regret ever ordering from them. They are the cheapest but they lack any customer care.

When they call to arrange delivery they do not leave a message to say they have called. When you call to query when delivery will be they say they will contact you so if you miss their call it can take weeks for delivery.

Shed arrived two weeks later than expected as they apparently put my order on hold without me requesting them to.

Shed arrived and two days after it was put up it bowed completely. The only thing they would offer me is a complete replacement. Who is going to take a shed down after putting one up? There is no reasoning with this company. Avoid at all costs!!!!
