I've placed four orders in the space of about ten days. All orders were delivered the next day, without any missing components. I'd expected the server rack to come in Ikea fashion and need to be built, but it came fully assembled. For my first order, I wasn't quite sure of which parts were compatible, so I called and got a really helpful sales agent who knew his stuff.

You get an automated email giving you an hour delivery slot the next day, so you don't have to wait in all day. All deliveries came in the allocated slot.
