Quality Tyres at a reasonable price
This was my first purchase from Etyres. The prices for premium branded tyres is very competitive. It offers a convenient service with a good price. I was told I would receive a call from the fitter the next morning before 9.30am to arrange a time. Right enough I received a call a few minutes before 9am. An appointment was arranged for later that morning & the fitter arrived on time and my new tyre was fitted very quickly. Although I had a problem with the tyre going flat when I next used the car, because the rim was not sealed properly. As soon as I telephoned Etyres to report the problem, an appointment with the fitter was arranged for the next day. The tyre was tested, resealed, and another new valve was also fitted. And on using the car now, the tyre seems fine. So I am happy with the service.

I have found Amazon a very good online company. All my purchases have arrived quickly and without problems. And especially good when products are being sold directly by Amazon where delivery is FOC. Whenever I am looking to buy something I will always look on the Amazon website first and will almost always find what I want. An easy, safe and quick purchasing experience.

Quality and Robust
I have several products from Vax. A multipurpose steam generator, a hardfloor steam mop and a canister 3 in 1 vacuum cleaner, which has been reliable, robust, and built with quality. I bought the vacuum cleaner nearly 21 years ago and it has continued to be reliable and dependable. When considering purchasing a household cleaning product I would always look for a Vax, as I have full faith in the company. And in this day and age where companies are moving abroad, it is nice to know the company is still UK based. With peace of mind that if problems occur you can speak to a UK call centre.

Reliable for me
I have had Spamfighter for about 5 years. Although on occasion I have also encountered the toolbar disappearing. On the whole I have found the software reliable. And by rebooting Windows I have always found that the toolbar reappears without any further problems. When I have needed support I have received a reply within a few hours and the support has been good and did their best to resolve any issues.
