Easy to book BUT!!!!!

Flight, hotel were fine. Transfer was appalling!!! I arrived at Bodrum airport on time and headed out to find the Sarpedon Travel Desk, as per email. After an hour and a half of asking many airport and other staff for help in finding said travel desk, which did not exist!!!! I finally found out it was A2B travel. It was now after midnight, when I was shown to a well worn mini bus where it seemed I was the only traveler, I must add here that had no other travelers arrived I would most definetly had not traveled on the vehicle. After more then two hours of arriving at the airport the mini bus left for my destination hotel, within forty five minutes the driver received a call advising him that two more passengers needed collecting from the airport, the bus turned around and went back. To cut a long story short I arrived at my hotel an 04.15 am, a 5.5 hour transfer, 2hrs was the stated transfer time.
My return transfer, I called the number shown on my email, wrong number, I called a further number given, wrong number, I then called a further number and was told to call back the next afternoon!!!! bearing in mind all these calls were from a mobile phone I felt this was unacceptable and very disorganised. I was finally informed my collection time would be 18.00, the mini bus duly arrived at 18.10, I arrived at the airport at 21.30 another long transfer.
I would also like to add the following:
Airport staff - unwelcoming, unhelpful and unfriendly.
Hotel reception on arrival - unfriendly
Transfer - As above, plus driver unfriendly and spoke very little English.
Being a sole traveler, the whole experience did not inspire confidence in any future bookings I may wish to make.

I would like to apologise for the service you received from the transfers provider. I will ensure the arrival details and phone numbers on the vouchers are checked and updated so that future customers do not encounter the same issues on arrival.

Great customer service, arrived bang on time, and the item was just as it was shown on the pic. Will definetly use them again
