I thought PetFlow was a good idea to get the food I buy for my Chihuahuas without making numerous trips to the store that carries it, only to find out they are out of it......for weeks at a time.
But, my first order was July 5th and the tracking said to expect it July 7th. On July 8th, I checked and FedEx had taken the delivery date completely off with no explanation. I called PetFlow and they were able to look it up and tell me it should come the next day. So, finally, I got the food on July 9th; two days after they originally said to expect delivery.
