Not a good experience this time I'm afraid. Everything was fine in the ordering stage, but when it came to the fitting that is when things started to go wrong. I had ordered two tyres. One was perfect, but the second was delivered to the tyre fitting centre damaged and to make matters worse it appeared that someone had tried to fit it unsuccessfully on a previous occasion. The fitting centre did more than could have been expected and offered to make a 35 mile round trip to pick up a replacement whilst I waited. They even made me a proper cup of tea. So every praise for the guys at the Selby branch National Tyres, but why send them a defective tyre to fit in the first place. More attention to Quality Control I think.
