Avoid this website--- I order a mattress with a site delivery promise of two to three weeks over a month ago and I haven't received; when I call them they are unresponsive and haven't even sent an email to update the delivery status. I am wondering if I ever see the mattress

The Mattress was despatched on 12/07/12, the customer was called up this morning to confirm that delivery would be made today on a PM slot.
We are sorry for the inconvenience caused, however the supplier stated that the mattress would arrive within 2-3 weeks and this has not been the case and it has taken them 4 weeks to get the item to us, we do understand that this is not your concern but this is a reason as to why the item has been delayed, we have made every effort to get the item to you as our customer as soon as possible.
We will take your comments onboard, and understand that a customer needs to be updated to the progress of an order throughout the whole process, once again we apologise for the inconvenience caused.
