Avoid----Worst customer service ever

I bought 2 Samung Galaxy S3 from them in October last year. One of them stopped working and I left it in the Store (in Chiswick High Street) for repair on June 20th, when they said it would be ten days to get it back. I haven;t heard from them and I have been to the store three time asking for my mobile, each time they said it will be in the store in three days. Yesterday (July 20th) I went to the store again and after having the slowest service in mankind history I found out they haven't even repaired my phone and is not in the store yet.

I can't believe the staff at the store was so useless they couldn't tell me in one of my previous visits that the phone hasn't been repaired, they just didn't bother checking the status of my repair

And the repair team is a disgrace, how come it takes them a month to NOT REPAIR THE PHONE that has to be a record of ineptitude

The staff in the store, rather than solving my problem was just trying to sell me another phone. Not even if they are the last phone shop in the world I would buy anything from them
I would strongly recommend not buying anything from these crooks unless you are a real masochist

Avoid this website Really poor customer service and haven't delivered the mattress after more than a motnh

Avoid this website--- I order a mattress with a site delivery promise of two to three weeks over a month ago and I haven't received; when I call them they are unresponsive and haven't even sent an email to update the delivery status. I am wondering if I ever see the mattress

We apologise for the lack of communication, however in regards to your order we stated 2-3 weeks delivery on your purchase as this is what our supplier states and usually adhere to, unfortunately the supplier could not meet this delivery lead time due to extensive orders; therfore it has taken longer than expected. We did state that this mattress would be sent out on a 2 man delivery who quote 3-5 working days from despatch, due to the size of mattress.

The Mattress was despatched on 12/07/12, the customer was called up this morning to confirm that delivery would be made today on a PM slot.

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused, however the supplier stated that the mattress would arrive within 2-3 weeks and this has not been the case and it has taken them 4 weeks to get the item to us, we do understand that this is not your concern but this is a reason as to why the item has been delayed, we have made every effort to get the item to you as our customer as soon as possible.

We will take your comments onboard, and understand that a customer needs to be updated to the progress of an order throughout the whole process, once again we apologise for the inconvenience caused.
