Very impressed with service & dispatch

I made an enquiry about a product and spoke to a lovely person who was very helpful. The ordering process was simple and easy to use. I am really happy with the pricing, dispatch and packaging as these are also important aspects of a service too. Will definitely shop with them again and recommend them to others.

On a separate note would like to see specificskin.com use another web site for customer feedback. One that doesn't require registering, doesn't request downloading tool bars or sharing of email address to 3rd parties; apparently Trust pilot doesn't.
