slow communication due to no phone number
Ordered a selection of items for next day delivery which did not arrive. This was due to the delivery man putting the parcel in my neighbours coal bunker and not leaving a card. I contacted Boohoo and it took over a month before the item was retreived. I therefore returned it as it was no longer required and my postage charge was not refunded. I contacted boohoo about this and am still awaiting a reply. I understand this was not Boohoo's fault but the slow communication via email is frustrating to say the least.
Otherwise good quality items at reasonable prices.
