I probably don't have enough space to fully explain the very very poor customer service.
Basically, once Better Bathrooms have your money they are not interested, if there are any problems, tough !
Each time I have tried to raise a problem, and there have been a few so far, the customer services staff have to go away and listen to the recording of your telephone conversation to check to see if you are telling the truth. This procedure takes several calls over serveral days to chase this up. Very frustrating, very annoying, very costly as I have had to buy replacement parts from local local plumbing merchant to replace the parts I received from Better Bathrooms as they are not compatible. I thought it would be better to buy everything I needed from one supplier, how wrong was I. I will never use Better Bathrooms again.
