Cannot rate highly enough.

Found a tile I liked in a shop local to me. got the reference and decided to do an internet search. This tile came up on TonsofTiles website at under half the price!!! I was ordering a large quantity over 60 sq metres and whereas I wouldn't order over the internet without seeing something in the flesh, I had so I decided to go ahead.
Delivered within a couple of days. The delivery driver left a bit to be desired. He wasn't very accommodating about driving onto our drive and wanted to dump the pallet on the pavement, saying his lorry was too big but we had had cement lorries on it, so he eventually succumbed. He didn't inform me that he had a 20min window whereby I was supposed to check the delivery, which with the quantity I had would have been nigh on impossible anyway. However that is nothing to do with TonsofTiles.
One box was broken down all the corners, for which I was refunded immediately by Emma who was most helpful.
I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again provided I had already seen the tile for myself previously.
UPDATE.....Now that we have had the tiles laid by our tiler we have found that a lot of them have small nicks and chips along the edges or have the corners knocked off which wouldn't have been noted until they were individually taken out of the boxes. Am quite disappointed now :-((

Great priced oven shame I never got it. It gets worse!!

Ordered a Smeg oven on 3rd July. Money taken immediately by Credit Card and order confirmation.......then silence. Spoke to their online Chat facility and was told they had no Stock!!! Why can't they like other companies state on the item OUT OF STOCK. Anyway this Chris Mills said they were expecting stock on 11th and they would send my oven out overnight delivery, so I said 'So I should get it Friday (13th) latest and he said Certainly....I have all this down in writing as took a grab of the conversation. Well it's now Sat 14th and I've heard nothing.
I have kitchen fitters waiting to install this oven plus 123 are missing out as we have a few large electrical appliances to purchase but they won't be getting any more of my money!!!
Bad communication, lack of stock knowledge and lack of Customer Service.
After eventually cancelling the order I was promised a refund. After waiting from 3rd July to 26th, no appliance and no refund I contacted my credit card company who took up the case and got my money back. Very bad business practice and wouldn't buy from them again even if their appliances were half price!!
