Fab delivery, not sure on communication

I ordered a Berghaus jacket and confirmation of my order, and subsequent time to delivery were excellent. However, I returned the jacket because I didn't like the fit over a week ago and have not heard anything about a refund. However, I have checked my account and the refund is there. Just a little note would have done guys.
