Slow delivery

Sunday: Placed order last Saturday, order despatched Thursday but has not arrived. I do wander why it took four days to despatch, it is not a busy time. The delay in despatch means no speedy delivery possible which is very important to me. Sadly my experience was poor.

I'm very sorry that it took a while for you to receive your product. Unfortunately one of the items which you received was on back order resulting in a delay.
