Received item very late (4-5 weeks) and in totally unacceptable condition - soaking wet! Obvious the previous label had been obliterated by rain and a new address put on, but the parcel had been opened and all the contents were very damp. As it was a dress, present for grand-daughter, there was no way I could send it. and it was so late I had already got a refund from the company. They really need to do something about couriers like this - how about letting the customer KNOW who they are with a contact number so we can get in touch with them ourselves?
