No email delivery at weekends!!!!

I had to wait until Monay yo get my email delivery of the ms points I ordered and paid for on Sunday .... 24 hours for an email, come on people, sort it out, not that hard. In the meantime, my son was driving me mental waiting for his ms points as he could not understand why it was taking so long. Can't say I blame him. Do you think this will change in future?

i am sorry you had a bad experience on the 29th june our systme got breached for the first time and some codes were compromised we do now have messages on the site stating instant delivery is temp not available while we look into preventing this from happening again this is the first time this has happened in 4 years
