Used O2 because i assumed (wrongly) that they were a reputable company. Took £20 less just to send it to them assuming that they would be more honest.
They are not and do not use given the option - they are no better than the smaller firms.
Took 10% off for cosmetic damage - the phone does not have an visible damage and given that these are 2nd hand phones i would have expected that the initial quote would cover some cosmetic damage.
Unacceptable - but its fine because i shall not be renewing my £50 a month contract with them. I can see this company going bankrupt if they keep stealing from people.
I did not receive the item i ordered 3 weeks ago and still haven't received a refund after email customer services 3 times.
Found the card I was looking for quickly and loved the wide range of personalisation options. The card was delivered quickly and looked exactly as it was represented on the website, so no surprises. I was shocked at the low prices which are comparable to some of the other online card retailers still keeping the Hallmark quality. Will use again as I had no issues.
