I had a dispute that ran for months regarding someone who bought something from me then mistakenly charged back when they didn't recognise the purchase on their credit card statement.
Paypal is okay when you don't have an issue, but when the time comes that you do, you will witness what a horrible company it really is. Don't take my word for it, there are thousands of victims of chargeback fraud telling their stories online and websites dedicated to exposing Paypal.
Arrogant, mealy-mouthed customer service (call centre). Hollow promises about how they are 'on the seller's side'. Frustrating bureaucracy and automated customer service that can't answer your problem.
I will do everything I can to avoid using Paypal ever in my life.
I received a text shortly after placing my online order telling me who would be delivering and at what time (12 till 1). It also gave me the option of texting back to change my delivery date to various other options. Great communications.
As promised, John arrived on time with my parcel. I commented on the text service and we had a 5 minute chat in which it was clear he was very enthusiastic about his job and the company he works for.
That night I ordered something again, around 9 pm, and was pleased to get a text telling me DPD were handling delivery and it would be with me by lunch time the next day. And it was!
Having had some awful experiences with delivery firms, I was really impressed with DPD.
