Overall....good/average....
Great returns process and good range, but sent us the wrong size in 2 out of 5 pairs of shoes we ordered, which was a bit of a hassle.

Offered a broad range of products and delivery was great - far better than most, with lots of options to schedule dates of delivery through DPD

I have taken a look into your customer account to see what had happened. I do see that in your customer account three return requests were made for shoes that did not suit you. I do apologise for the inconvenience caused that our returns form was not clear enough for you. We did issue your refund on the 16th August, so the funds will be back on the bank account that placed the order in 1-2 business days.
