Reliable and friendly staff
From the first contact by web chat, through the sales process, line ordering and installation, the staff at Chess Telecom have been responsive, reliable, honest and well informed. Generally I've got through quickly and been dealt with in a friendly and well organised manner. Had one time I tried to call the accounts department and had to wait in the queue for quite a while, then was told someone would call me back and the call back never came but that was definitely not my general experience. They are friendly and professional people to deal with and I'd certainly recommend them for business telecoms services.
