Have used a few times this year alone and they never let you down. A clear user friendly website, good product knowledge, reasonable prices and a 10 out of 10 delivery service

yes, they run a top rated search engine with all the bells and whistles attached but there is an obsession with trying to lock you into all their other services - yes, inform me but don't force me!

Bad to worse

The once superb Citylink now part of a larger empirefail to deliver on all levels so lost our daily business. Still rate them highly for being able to destroy parcels in transit!

very poor

Ok, the item was out of stock when I placed my order but I had to contantly chase to get updates as to when I could expect delivery. Took weeks rather than the quoted days to finally get the items. I then discovered a competitor had the same items, exstock & cheaper. So much for customer service!

I've just traced your order and looked at the order history and yes you are absolutely right! We let you down. I'm sorry.

You ordered a special order item that we didn't have in stock. Our supplier told us the item would be with us within a few days, we chased and they said on the way. No excuse.. we're sorry.
