Top quality products for fantatic price

Really pleased with the goods I have received. Arrived on time and fantastic quality for the price, especially happy with the taps which are great. My bathroom looks designer without having to pay stupid prices. Only reason didn't get five stars is because I had to send a tap back as I ordered the wrong size for the basin and the actual process of getting my money back took nearly two weeks. I would recommend better bathrooms to anyone and everyone.

What a rip off this company are. My son booked a holiday with them and rang me last night to say he was asked to leave the hotel as Alpharooms had cancelled his hotel. I rang them and was informed they had changed the hotel a few weeks back. Checked his emails - nothing from Alpha rooms. Eventually checked his junk mail and there was one from a company called Bookout informing him of a change to hotel as Marco Polo overbooked. Son then went to new hotel which was not in the area he wanted, was a dump and to top it all there was nothing booked in his name! ! Went back to Marco Polo hotel and paid himself to stay there as they DID have rooms! Rang company asking for refund due to their cock up. Have spent three hours on phone now and still not getting a refund. They are taking £200 cancelation fee for the three nights he didn't stop in a hotel that wasn't booked in the first place. Great idea for a business if you have no conscience and totally arrogant. Customer service is diabolical, they just repeat themselves until they wear you down. I was told that if I did not accept this offer and let things drag on it would cost me more money,. I will take this further as I don't see why companies like this should be able to just rip people off and think the won't do anything about it.
