To be fair the staff in customer services were very good, and did not experience any rudness and both helped resolve the situation.Well done for that.
The not so good news was that the matteress for double and single bed arrived ok and no complaints, about quality for cost.
However the bed frame for double was a single,which was duly changed for correct size at different delivery/collection address with no issues a couple of days later.
Single bed arrived via TNT with box missing[Carrier issue] which was duly deliverd the next working day to neighbour.All in all situation recovered but despatch and carrier end of business needs reviewing as apart from inconvenience to me its cost to Bedworld. Not quite as horrific as some of the reviews portray and again customer service was quite good.


Delivery carrier did not arrive no information available.

Total disapointment with delivery service and information available around delivery.Waited in for 8hours Friday, phone calls to ask what was going on, not able to give any, answers no offer or unable to speak to carrier, complete day wasted and no information until Monday.
Customer service team tried to resolve on Monday but after being fobbed off by call centre on delivery situation, cancelled order which was dealt with promptly. MM need to get delivery info and carrier sorted out, costing sales as product did not arrive as arranged or any further offer to deliver next day even after "vehicle broke down" just left in dark until Monday
