i bought an Outwell Tent from Allweathers last year , had some issues with the manufacturing, 7 months later spoke to Darren , sent some photos and within a week had a new exchanged Tent from Outwell . I cannot speak highly enough of the competent , proffessional and courteous, at all times treatment i recieved. For an online company !!! traditional values towards service.
