Not Great
I booked a VW on line and was told on arrival that your company had not used VWs for more than year? and that I would have to have a Fiat. As I have problems with them in the past I was not happy and therefore will not be using your compamy again.

Thank you for your feedback regarding your rental with Europcar in Italy. As with all of our suppliers we are given a vehicle type to use as an example for the size of vehicle you are booking, we are unfortunately unable to confirm a certain type of vehicle as the depots are constantly changing their fleet.
We do have a wide range of suppliers that we can choose from and we do hope that you will consider us for any future travel plans.
