Not what I ordered

The product I received was not the one I ordered but a replacement. The replacement was the same item that i had spent ages not wanting to buy and I ended up with it. No way would I shop with this company again. It seems I am not the only one that did not receive the vortex howler I ordered, so this must happen alot

I'm sorry that you experienced issues ordering from us, we're looking into why this has happened. We suspect that the supplier may have sent the wrong version to our warehouse.
