110% satisfied, couldnt have done more!

Recently wanted to purchase a fender g5 strat so shopped around for the cheapest. Thought as the guitar was expensive it should come with a hard case but apparently just a gig bag is supplied ( quite nice though). Rich tone upgraded the case to a gator hardcase at no extra cost but still sent me the gig bag, and even managed to get the whole lot packed and delivered first thing next mornin. This is the first review I ever wrote because I think they deserve a thanks!
