Fantastic service in a moment of need
After having a major disaster with a leaking external filter,i had to strip a 125 gallon tank down to replace the cabinet it stood on. Needing new Carib sea eco complete substrate to rebuild the tank they were the only people who would guarantee next day delivery and went out of there way to help me even though i was a tad late in the day ordering. I will now be looking to use this company for all my aquatic needs due to their excellent customer service.

Bought a Tusa Geminus dive mask and needed prescription lenses put in, a quick chat on there messaging system and the instructions were added to my order and it was delivered next day.
