After not receiving my items I called to be told it would arrive by end of the week, another week and my order had been cancelled due to no stock despite still selling item on website!! Was never told was cancelled, I had to find this out for myself. Was told a refund would be given within 5 days, one week on and still no refund. Told another 3-5 days at latest. Now another 10 days on, no refund and no way of contacting them! Now just read story in guardian about them so having to gain refund through visa! AVOID at all costs!!

How long does it take to pick an item to send??? I ordered a DVD 12 days ago now yet still waiting n it being processed despite my account saying was due for delivery yesterday!
It was in stock when I bought the DVD so why is it still showing as waiting for stock pick??
Also I previously ordered the same DVD but following day I received an email for extra discount so I cancelled it and tried to re order using m discount code. However it didn't work and when I emailed the company I was told the code had now expired! It was valid at time of trying to use it, by time they had replied yes it had expired!
I'm now getting very very annoyed as order from any other company and get it delivered within couple days.
