Poor customer service, incorrect order, would not use again.

Our initial order (made in April) was late and the wrong size. After many deliberations the order was placed once again in the correct size. After chasing the order for many weeks was told on Friday 13th July that it had not even been started. Poor customer service, feedback and product as it was changed without consultation. Would not use again as they have not provided us with what we originally requested back in April.
