Really Great Service, Impressed!

I found the model of the Samsung 37" TV that I wanted using a price comparison site on the web, and ElectricShop.com had a very good price. I hadn't heard of them before so I was a little wary to place an order - but after reading customer reviews I decided to go ahead with my purchase.

Although initially disappointed to find out the following day that my item wasn't in stock as the site suggested (possibly due to my web transaction taking place over the weekend), they contacted to inform me and update me of the expected delivery date. They were also extremely easy to get hold of by phone for updates inbetween, and polite and helpful to match.

Item arrived as they informed me and I am really happy - I would definitely recommend and would be confident to purchase from them again!
