Let down by poor delivery
Ordered item on Tuesday - next day delivery expected - did not arrive until Friday - There was confusion about wether a courier or Royal Mail were used - several phone calls later my item was tracked from Littlehampton to Yorkshire then Portsmouth then Fareham - WHY is beyond me.

Sorry about the delayed delivery, we have refunded your delivery charge in full. On the standard delivery service that you paid for it would normally have been with you Weds/Thurs but arrived Friday. We sent your timer unit via Dispatch Bay's packets service, which is collected by Parcel Force and delivered via Royal Mail's standard postal service (but has the added advantage of tracking and insurance at no extra charge). If we'd known the item was so critical we would have been happy to upgrade you to a next day service at no extra charge (we always do everything we can meet customer's delivery deadlines).
