I placed my order with Better Bathrooms and found the whole experience to be pleasant & informative. The delivery was a little longer than expected due to one of the parts being out of stock, (although this was not indicated on the website), and I had to chase it up, but on the whole no problems.
The order arrived and on receipt one of the baths was damaged, which had obviously happened pre-transit, and there was a part from one of the showers missing. I teleponed customer services immediately & the problem with the bath was rectified & the courier took it away with him. The rep was unsure whether the missing shower part was in the other box & we left it to be checked when installation began.
On the evening of delivery, whilst unpacking the rest of the order we noted that a toilet seat was missing. I again telephoned customer services who told me that they would get one sent out immediately.
That was nearly 3 weeks ago!!! Despite numerous phone calls & emails (which are never responded to) I still have not received the missing parts!!
I have been told on 3 separate occasions that these parts have been posted out, only to be told on Friday that an order has never been raised for this.
This company are very pleasant to deal with on the telephone so long as you don't mind being lied to.
I would NEVER use this company again and would urge others to avoid them at all costs!!
