After a lot of research I thought this site would be the place to get my latest phone. But sadly I was wrong, as despite my best efforts (multiple times waiting in queues/emails) I can't get them to take my money.
Initially everything seemed fine placing an order early in the morning to ensure delivery the next day. But after I'd heard nothing more about my order passed their "next day deadline" I thought I would call to check. After a long wait I managed to get through and was informed that I needed to send proof of address. Not a problem, this was sent. Again no confirmation, after another call it turns out they also require identity information. Not a problem this too was sent straight away. After another period of no news and having to call again I am informed that my business information was rejected as unfortunately we don't use compliment slips and a detailed, signed, addressed piece of paper isn't good enough.
The call centre staff were more like robots and didn't really seem to care about you or the order. Waste of time, I'm currently waiting for confirmation of my order cancellation but I imagine this will require another phone call to get sorted.
