Great product and at a very competitive price, but you always remember the quality of service long after you have forgotten the cost! I ordered and selected the next day delivery agreeing to pay the £10 supplementary charge. I received a confirmation email that it was on the overnight courier tracking system but didn't receive the order til the following Monday. To be honest they never charged me the fee and the error was attributed to a system glitch or my error! Still, there's worse things happening around the world, so I shouldn't groan. Bottom line is they lost a star.
I had purchased a Buffalo Mini-station in November 2011 and recently it decided to stop working, with obvious data loss. I contacted Amazon customer services and within a short period an email bounced back apologising and promising a prompt dispatch of a replacement unit. It arrived by courier within 24 hrs - wow that's customer service - take note competitors !!
I was impressed by My Tuxedo as the shoes I ordered were as described, delivered exactly as promised and arrived promptly and on-time, boxed and all supporting paperwork enclosed; including returns procedure - That's Customer Service and I'd reccomend them to anyone based on that experience!
