Bought a 9inch smart pad, delivered within a week, worked fine, impressed with price and service. Bought two more items, never delivered !!!!! Can not get response from the suppliers, given up !!!! Smart pad packed up after two weeks, cost £9 to return it for a replacement, 4 weeks later and over 30 phone calls, still no replacement !!!! They said they were sending a new one two weeks ago. I keep phoning, they keep looking into it and will call back, my arse they do. One more week and I will name and shame all over the web, on every review site going. I DO NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO WASTE THEIR MONEY ON THIS SITE, IT'S A GAMBLE AND A RIP OFF !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ordered and payed for a ladies mountain bike, delivered in three days, good service. Started assembling it, straight forward, no problems until i fitted the front wheel. The thread for the cable pinch bolt was stripped, so could not fix the front brake. The wheel bolts were rusted so checked the rest, several more were rusted. Check closer, paint missing off wheel trims.
There is no phone number available fot customer services, very strange !
OK , so i sent four emails, no reply.
DO THEY ACTUALLY HAVE A CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT ???? Seems very unlikely !!
One choice left, pay to post a 23kg bike, registered back to them.
One problem, no customer service department, will i get my money back ?
After reading reviews on Trustpilot, probably not !
Idea ! Off i went to Southwest fasteners, they supplied all the nuts and bits i needed, quality parts, not rusted, couple of quid, sorted !
As for Sports Direct, rubbish product, zero communication.
Would never consider using them ever, ever again !!!!
Do not waste your time or money with such an absolutely crap company, you will only regret it !!!!!!
Just went to post review and i had to select one star to post it,
rather had not, but no option .
Spent 35 minutes trying to book a service, by the time they put me through to the right number it was closed !
Phoned customer service, pressed key pad number after number to speak to someone. Got put through to service department, pressed key pad number after key pad number to speak to someone again. An Irish lady answered and asked for my post code, ok. Then she informed me that i had been put through to Irland, hence the accent. She gave me another phone number, so i phoned that and was told it was no longer in use. It gave me another number to phone that would cost me 10p a minute to wait in another queue, no chance ! Phoned original number, key pad time again. Talked to an expert :-) "What appliance is it", i replied, " it's a tumble dryer". "Did you install it yourself?" Well i am no expert, but i did manage to plug it in. Reply "OHHH YEAH".
I must of just been lucky to get one of there best service team !!!!!
Anyway he put me through, in the end. Too late we are now closed.
Start it all again tomorrow.
Wonder how this review will go ?
