Fantastic company, fantastic product! I telephoned my order as wasn't sure about free delivery to my address. The girl I spoke to was really friendly and nothing seemed too much trouble which makes a refreshing change from previous experiences I've had with other online companies. My concerns were unfounded and I took delivery of one large rug only 2 days later! The rug itself is brilliant, looks much more expensive than it was and is much admired! I wouldn't hesitate in recommending anyone to shop with The Rug House, in fact I've already done so several times - well done!!
