Best price and service, but where is your editor?

I have ordered a Stokke high chair as backinaction.com had the best price. The delivery was head spinningly prompt.

Thank God I read the terms of delivery afterwards, as its tone is so patronising and amateurish that I instantly lost trust and the will to buy. The three dots at the end of sentences in particular made me roll my eyes. Backinaction.com needs a professional editor.

On the other hand, their customer services people are very professional, knowledgeable and quick to reply.
